The Weather Outside if Frightful

Oh my, the winds are gusting at 50 miles per hour, it is in the 40's (low), and the snow is coming. Must be close to Halloween in Minnesota. Hang onto your hat, get out your gloves, the time for no out of state visitors is rapidly approaching!
