A very different view out my window this a.m. I am looking out onto a square in Princeton NJ - home of many things - one I am remembering is this is where the ACT Test folks are from. I am heading off to Trenton this a.m. to meet with folks from the New Jersey Alliance for Full Participation. What a day with the folks from AFP and then the NJ Labor Department. It is exciting and invigorating that so many people are willing to envision, plan and make real that employment is a choice for everyone! That we need to look at ways to educate, train, support all people to successful enter the workforce, start their own business, be treated and compensated fairly for their work. The sun is shining in NJ and people are speaking up for themselves about the importance of work! Day 2 of travel going well. Next stop Philadelphia!
