How great it is to have the opportunity to have a different vantage point. My this a.m. is looking to the west and seeing desert and mountains. Two day work trip to AZ. The days and nights have big temperature range, yet yesterday afternoon I sat in a chair and felt the sun and warmth, it was sun with heat and I just breathed it in to every pore of my body. One of my sufi teachers when on retreat in the dead of winter in WI always encourages us to take a sun bath, sit and deeply take in the radiance of the sun. I remembered her encouragement as I sat on my little porch directly facing the sun and for 10 minutes renewed myself in the sun.
